Thank you for shopping with Stawpeppery. We strive to provide curated, high-quality products for you and your little one. As we operate via a global dropshipping model, our return process is designed with both clarity and fairness in mind.


1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Important: Some products are not eligible for return under any circumstances due to supplier restrictions or product nature (e.g., hygiene-sensitive items). Please refer to the product description for item-specific return eligibility or contact us before placing your order.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must first be approved by our support team before being sent.

Please do not send items back to us or to any supplier address without confirmation—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send the package.


3. Dropshipping Considerations

As a dropshipping store, some items may need to be returned to our third-party suppliers, which may be located outside your country. Shipping times and costs may vary.

We recommend checking return eligibility before purchasing if you are unsure.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.


5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., creams, pacifiers, teethers, wipes once opened)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Some items may be marked as non-returnable on their product page due to supplier policies. If you have questions about your specific item, reach out to us before placing the order.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new, separate order for the desired item once your return is accepted.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

8. European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.
